About the Role
The Trustees are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and qualified Cover Supervisor to start as soon as possible. This role involves supervising lessons for absent teachers as well as being involved within the enrichment activities within the school such as cultural capital days, extra-curricular clubs and trips and visits. The post requires commitment to the value and purpose of education and may suit an individual with an interest in teaching as a long-term career.
What You'll Do
- Supervise lessons for absent teachers and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support and participate in enrichment activities including cultural capital days, clubs and trips/visits.
- Contribute to safeguarding and support pupils' learning and behaviour in a busy secondary school setting.
