This senior role is focused on driving excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and team performance across all functions in India which support Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers globally. As Country Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Indian entity, ensuring optimal workflow management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement across teams. You will play a pivotal role in aligning the work with global business objectives, while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
