Your responsibilities
- Manage the set-up of all projects and budgets in SAP.
- Monitor the performance of all projects, actual to budgets of costs and manhours, including estimates to completion, TER, variations and all aspects of change management.
- Manage the compilation and clarification of project budgets and costs to complete and the accurate assessment of the current project status by analysing the impact of budget updates and changes.
- Maintain and compile monthly CSR report and project reports for monthly ops meetings.
- Work with PM and FD to design and implement new project monthly reporting packs.
- Responsible for ensuring that invoicing to customers are completed according to contractual milestones.
- Follow up and interface with customer on invoice payment including use of client platforms e.g. Ariba.
