About this role
About the Role As Corporate Paralegal, you will play a central role in supporting Corbion's global corporate governance framework and legal entity management. Working closely with the General Counsel & Company Secretary, you will help ensure compliance with Dutch corporate law, support the Supervisory Board and shareholder governance processes, and contribute to Corbion's obligations as a publicly listed company on Euronext Amsterdam. What You'll Do
- Manage the corporate housekeeping of Corbion's legal entities worldwide, including drafting board and shareholder resolutions; Maintaining statutory and shareholder registers; Coordinating filings with Chambers of Commerce and other local authorities; Liaising with external counsel and corporate service providers.
