Lear's Strategy & Corporate Development team drives inorganic growth and portfolio optimization across one of the world's largest automotive suppliers. As a Corporate Development Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution — supporting transactions that shape Lear's competitive position and long-term value creation.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with senior leadership to develop presentations and analysis supporting key investment decisions
- Support execution across a portfolio of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, partnerships, and other innovative deal structures that advance Lear's strategic priorities
- Source, screen, and propose investment, partnership, and M&A opportunities
