Permanent Capital Ventures is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial / Litigation Lawyer to provide high-quality corporate, commercial, regulatory and litigation legal services and to support business development and client engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and governance matters.
- Handle company incorporations, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and transaction documents.
- Provide legal support on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate secretarial matters.
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare legal opinions and advisory memoranda.
