- Housing Area Coordinator (HAC) is a 12-month, full-time, live-in staff member who is responsible for the overall management of assigned residential areas, including supervision of Resident Assistants, supporting Living Learning communities, serving as a member of the community standards team for low to mid-level cases, and serving on departmental committees.
