PROPÓSITO DEL ROLE
En esta posición serás responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad física de las instalaciones, los requisitos corporativos de protección de activos, los procedimientos OEA y las Golden Rules de Unilever. Trabajarás de manera cercana con equipos internos, proveedores de servicios de seguridad y áreas operativas para identificar riesgos, implementar controles y asegurar la protección de las personas, los activos y las operaciones del Hub Palmira. Asimismo, liderarás iniciativas de mejora continua, automatización y digitalización de procesos de seguridad física, contribuyendo a fortalecer la gestión de riesgos y la cultura de seguridad dentro de la organización.
