What You'll Do
- Gestão de Hard Services (Planta Celaya e oficinas corporativas): elaboração e acompanhamento do plano de manutenção; manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva; colaborar com SHE/HSE; coordenar técnicos internos e contratistas externos.
- Gestão de Soft Services: assegurar excelência nos serviços que impactam a experiência do colaborador: limpeza, jardinagem, controle de pragas, manejo de resíduos, cafeteria/catering e recepção; supervisionar space planning, mudanças internas e otimização de estações de trabalho.
