About the Role Responsible for developing and executing the integrated facilities strategy for Natura's Celaya plant sites and corporate facilities in CDMX (Torre Esmeralda), ensuring operational conditions and alignment with Natura culture. What You'll Do
- Lead hard services for Celaya and CDMX offices: develop and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for critical infrastructure (HVAC, emergency power, substations, fire protection, hydrosanitary, and civil works); collaborate with SHE in safety, health and environment standards; supervise internal technicians and external contractors.
- Manage soft services to deliver employee experience: deep cleaning, gardening, pest control, waste management, cafeteria/catering, and reception; oversee space management (space planning), internal moves, and workspace optimization.
