About the Role
As a Cook at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you will support kitchen operations at our OceanWatch at Grande Dunes property, preparing meals for Owners/guests and ensuring food safety and high standards. What You'll Do
- Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare foods.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company food safety programs.
- Cook all potentially hazardous food to correct temperatures following HACCP guidelines.
- Follow all food safety and handling policies and procedures.
- Set up and break down workstation with required tools, equipment, or supplies.
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
