About the Role Cuatrecasas is seeking a Controlling Specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience. The main purpose of this role is to support the firm's financial, operational, and strategic management, ensuring the achievement of profitability, efficiency, and growth objectives through business analysis, the implementation of improvement initiatives, and the coordination of support areas that contribute to the firm's success. What You'll Do
- Design and implementation of Management Dashboards and KPIs.
- Monitoring and interpretation of key management indicators.
- Oversight of monthly closings and the annual billing closing process.
- Cost control and development of mitigating controls.
- Advisory support and development of a pricing model for the preparation of fee proposals.
