About the Role
Join Harris Computer as a Controller within the finance management team. You will oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, provide financial support and analysis to drive a Business Unit's success, and lead a team of finance professionals. This role is remote, with potential in-office options across North America.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of monthly financial reporting.
- Perform technical accounting analysis under IFRS.
- Analyze, summarize and present financial results to senior leadership.
- Coordinate analyses that support senior leadership decision-making.
- Manage, coach and mentor a team of finance professionals including CPAs and CPA candidates.
- Review multi-element software contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition under IFRS 15 guidelines.
