About the Role As Contract Supervisor at SUEZ, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient running of our refuse and recycling services. Reporting to the Assistant Contract Manager and working closely with our wider management team, you’ll help deliver a high-quality service to our communities. Some weekend working may be required.
You’ll support the daily operation of our waste and recycling collections, monitor crews, complete on-site inspections, and contribute to a positive, safety-focused working culture. You’ll also oversee fleet compliance and champion high standards across health, safety, and sustainability. Your role will include managing essential day-to-day tasks such as timesheets, staffing levels, workforce briefings, disciplinary processes, and accident reporting or investigations.
