Continuous Improvement Manager - Finance
The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for developing operational strategies that help achieve organizational excellence. The Continuous Improvement Manager will drive execution of strategic initiatives through a Continuous Improvement framework with a variety of stakeholders at all levels. This person will have experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, strong change management capabilities, and proven success managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Continuously identify and remove waste, friction and frustration from operational processes and create mechanisms for pro-actively assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of processes
