About this role
About the Role We are seeking a Process Consultant with an end-to-end value-driven mindset who can transform AS-IS into TO-BE with governance, metrics, and a viable implementation roadmap. What You'll Do
- Gather and document AS-IS processes.
- Model processes with BPMN 2.0 and define KPIs.
- Identify and prioritize digital initiatives.
- Coordinate with business and IT in service delivery.
- Support digital transformation and change management.
- Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Support deployments on BPM/low-code platforms. What We're Looking For
- Experience in process consulting and digital transformation.
- Experience with BPM (Appian).
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and modeling tools.
- Change and risk management.
- Excellent communication in Spanish. Nice to Have
- BPM, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci/ADKAR, Scrum/Kanban certifications.
- English level B2+.
