About the Role The Consultation Service Client Service Representative (CSR) supports outside consultations by receiving, accessioning, triaging, delivering and returning case materials, and provides specimen processing support for the NLNC lab logistics center. The role requires meticulous data entry in Pathology Laboratory Information and tracking systems and collaboration within a production team in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform accurate and timely consultation case sample receipt and data entry into Department of Pathology Laboratory Information and tracking systems.
- Unpack, verify, and record contents and condition of received patient assets and associated paperwork.
- Label and triage patient assets for distribution to the designated service or file as appropriate.
