Responsibilities
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage all aspects of planning, scheduling, and programming of work.
- Lead planning input on assigned projects, including managing contributions from other planners to ensure consistent and effective delivery aligned with scope, time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Establish baseline schedules and control procedures and monitor progress to ensure early identification of issues.
- Provide progress and earned value reports to support financial forecasting and enable timely corrective actions.
- Monitoring project risks, issues, resource allocation, and CPM analysis; support the project controls manager in keeping with WSP and client standards.
