About the Role
The Consolidations Manager is a key member of the Controllership organization, responsible for overseeing the global financial consolidation process and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of consolidated financial results for a multinational manufacturing organization. This role manages the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of financial data from domestic and international subsidiaries, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and review of reporting packages submitted by global entities. The role works closely with regional finance teams, corporate accounting, and financial reporting to support timely internal and external reporting, including filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, while maintaining a strong internal control environment in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
