About this role
Main Function
- The Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized, and anticipatory guest services by assisting guests with information, travel arrangements, transportation, dining reservations, entertainment, business services, local recommendations, and other special requests. As the hotel's local expert and guest experience ambassador, the Concierge ensures every guest receives prompt, courteous, and professional assistance that enhances their stay and reflects the standards of a superior luxury hotel.
- The Concierge acts as the central point for guest assistance beyond the front desk, coordinating with internal departments and external service providers to meet guests' needs efficiently.
