About the Role Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services. The Concessions Manager at Santander Arena is responsible for the effective management of venue concessions operations, including inventory controls, product ordering, training, cash controls, compliance with alcohol service policies, cleaning, safety, guest service, employee/volunteer training and supervision, warehouse oversight, troubleshooting, closing duties, event planning support, food preparation and production, and any other tasks assigned by the Director of F&B. What You'll Do
- Manage concessions operations before, during, and after events, including staff scheduling, check-in, equipment inspection, and post-event reporting.
- Oversee inventory, product ordering, cash controls, POS monitoring and troubleshooting, and high-volume sales.
