About the Role The Clark, NJ facility in Kerry's Taste Division produces flavors and ingredients. As a Compounder Operator, you will compound batches to meet quality standards, label and pack for shipment or stock, and support manufacturing operations in a safe, compliant environment. What You'll Do
- Compound batches that meet quality and consistency standards in a cost-effective, safe, and timely manner.
- Pack and label all batches in preparation for shipment to customers or for stock.
- Compound formulas accurately by weight and ingredients, using the best methodology for the product.
- Apply working knowledge of all raw materials before use (mixing/heating) to ensure quality and consistency.
- Utilize FIFO inventory rotation for all materials used.
- Use pumps, mixers, scales, storage units, meters, and computers as needed.
