About the Role As the Complimentary AM Attendant at Hyatt Place Richmond Arboretum, you’ll help set the morning mood by ensuring guests begin their day with a warm welcome and a satisfying breakfast. You’ll keep the dining area clean, stocked, and organized while assisting with food and beverage service to create a positive breakfast experience. What You'll Do
- Prepare breakfast items and serve them to guests
- Greet guests with friendly hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Stock dining areas with supplies, beverages, and utensils
- Assist with coffee service and other morning tasks
- Lift and carry items up to 20–50 lbs as needed
- Respond to guest questions with a helpful attitude What We're Looking For
- Prior food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs
- High school diploma preferred
