Role Summary
- The Compliance Officer will support the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of the company’s compliance framework to ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements.
- This role works closely with risk, fraud, operations, product, and technology teams to embed compliance controls across all business processes.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance across Netzence’s FinTech operations, supporting AML/CFT, KYC, data protection, and internal control frameworks. FinTech experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor AML/CFT, KYC, and transaction monitoring processes
- Investigate alerts generated from transaction monitoring and screening systems and document findings.
- Maintain accurate records of AML/KYC reviews, investigations, and regulatory reporting.
