Familiarity with the requirements of these licenses, including player protection, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Cryptocurrency Regulations: Expertise in the evolving legal landscape surrounding cryptocurrencies, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) rules. Understanding how crypto is regulated in various jurisdictions is essential, particularly for gambling transactions.
- Data Privacy Laws: Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy laws, ensuring the platform is compliant with regulations concerning user data protection, especially in regions like the EU.
