About this role
We are seeking a Compliance Advisory Manager to join Monzo’s second line of defence (2LoD) in Cardiff, London, or remotely within the UK. The role sits in the Compliance Team and reports to the Senior Compliance Advisory Manager. You will support the Wealth Collective (Savings, Investments, Pensions & Insurance), the Growth & Marketing Collective (brand campaigns, events & sponsorship), and MonzOS (the Monzo-wide platform experience, including AI). The position offers a salary of £59,500 to £70,000, with incentive awards tied to performance, and a flexible benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for compliance advice for the Wealth Collective, with potential to expand to Growth & Marketing and MonzOS over time.
- Provide clear and proactive compliance guidance, with emphasis on COBS, PROD, SDR, CASS, and Consumer Duty.
