About the Role Design and deliver high-quality technical training to build capability across our Dealer Network, supporting business performance. You will join the Competence Development Team as a trusted expert and ambassador for the Volvo Group brand, and for the first time help host the Motor Industry Heavy Vehicle Technician Competition 2026 at our Training Facility in Whetstone. What You'll Do
- Design and deliver high-quality technical training that builds capability across our Dealer Network and supports business performance.
- Deliver workshop-based technical training aligned to the annual training plan.
- Support dealer and customer training programmes and deliver training at dealer and customer sites when required.
- Design, adapt and continuously improve engaging training materials and resources, including the use of VR and other digital tools.
