About this role
About the Role Join as a Compensation Analyst to support the design, implementation and management of compensation programs, partnering with Compensation Partners to execute AIG's compensation strategy in alignment with the business’s priorities. This role reports to the Head of Compensations in UK and EMEA. Based in London, UK with strong collaboration in an office setting. What You'll Do
- Support in conducting and preparing analysis for gender pay gap reporting requirements in EMEA and APAC
- Assist the Compensation team in preparing for the EU Pay Transparency Directive and pay parity audit requirements
- Analyse and ensure Company compliance with country-specific pay and remuneration laws
- Support the annual survey participation process and ongoing market pay level and practice reviews
