About the Role
The Commodity and Sourcing Manager, Aftermarket will negotiate and manage supplier contracts in conjunction with our Global Sourcing Team to achieve cost savings and enhance supplier performance while managing cross-functional teams and building collaborative relationships. This role leads Aftermarket key global and regional vendors, setting objectives and working with Product Managers, Business and Engineers to execute and implement the supply chain strategy aligned with Carrier's objectives. What You'll Do
- Category Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy for Aftermarket parts, aligned with the organization's overall procurement and business objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, potential risks, and emerging trends within the Aftermarket HVAC industry.
