About the Role A Commercial Legal Counsel for the EMEA region supporting cross-BU contract review, drafting, negotiation and risk management to enable strategic growth across markets. You will deliver training, advise on policy and build strong relationships with leadership across the business. What You'll Do
- Lead the review, drafting, negotiation and documentation of commercial contracts across Pall BUs in Europe, Middle East and Africa, including General Terms & Conditions, Procurement, Sales, Service, SME, EPC, Quality, Settlement, Lease Agreements and representation documents.
- Deliver legal communications and training to business units, manage changes to agreements and processes, and build strong relationships with local leadership to support strategic growth.
