About this role
Dinsmore & Shohl is seeking a Commercial Finance Paralegal to join the Commercial Finance practice group in our Indianapolis, Indiana office. The ideal candidate will support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment, handling a wide variety of commercial lending transactions, including HUD-insured loans, conventional loans, and other complex secured lending matters.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage documentation related to HUD and conventional loan transactions
- Review and analyze due diligence materials including corporate documents, organizational charts, and UCC searches
- Draft loan closing checklists, certificates, resolutions, closing instructions, and ancillary loan documents
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel to ensure timely and efficient closings
