Your responsibilities Unterstützung bei der kaufmännischen Angebotserstellung, inklusive Angebotskalkulation, Auswertung von Lieferantenangeboten, Erstellung von Vertragsentwürfen und Verfolgung des Sachstands Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Beauftragung von Lieferanten durch Bedarfsmeldungen, enge Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Kalkulation und Engineering sowie Überwachung der Zahlungsausgänge Mitwirkung an Steuerungs- und Risikomanagementmaßnahmen in der Projektabwicklung, z.B. Action-Item-Verfolgung, Erstellung von Status- und Controllingberichten sowie Unterstützung beim Risikomanagement Abrechnung der erbrachten Leistungen gegenüber dem Kunden, einschließlich Zusammenstellung von Nachweisen, Vertragsprüfung, Rechnungserstellung und Nachverfolgung der Zahlungseingänge
