About the Role Coach is seeking a Barista to greet guests, take orders and payments, and prepare and serve food and beverages at Shanghai Disneytown Café. You will maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace, refresh displays, and continually grow knowledge in food and beverage preparation, quality control, and presentation. The role requires passion for coffee, outstanding guest service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team. What You'll Do
- Welcome customers, inform about promotions or new items, answer questions, take orders and process payments.
- Prepare beverages, including grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving guests.
- Clean and restock work and dining areas, dispose of trash, sanitize equipment and utensils.
- Update signage and displays to attract customers.
