About this role
About the Role As a CNC Setup Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and preparing CNC lathes and milling machines for production. You will perform machine changeovers, install tooling and fixtures, verify offsets, and support operators to ensure consistent and accurate part production. This on-site role is located at Watts' Franklin, NH facility and reports to the Production Supervisor. Third Shift Hours: 9pm – 5:30am with overtime per business need. What You'll Do
- Set up CNC lathes, mills, and related equipment based on blueprints, job specifications, and setup sheets.
- Install and adjust tooling, fixtures, collets, and work-holding devices.
- Set and verify work offsets, tool offsets, and machine parameters.
- Perform first-piece inspections in coordination with Quality Assurance.
