Rutgers University Correctional Health Care (UCHC) is seeking a Clinician Supervisor for the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility located in Clinton, New Jersey. Under the supervision of the clinician administrator, the role oversees the daily operations of assigned sites. The Clinician Supervisor is responsible for addressing operational problems and finding appropriate solutions, providing supervision and administrative leadership to multidisciplinary staff and students, and delivering advanced-level clinical treatment that meets or exceeds quality and quantity standards. Documentation of treatment must be accurate and within specified time frames, and the incumbent should demonstrate competency in recognizing the unique needs of the population and applying appropriate interventions.
