About the Role The Clinical Specialist on IQVIA's team ensures the integrity and reliability of clinical trial data by reviewing scales used by raters and guiding methodology and scoring practices. This remote, part-time role involves evaluating assessment quality, providing live feedback to raters, and supporting rater performance through mock interviews and related activities. What You'll Do
- Participate in all required orientation, training, and calibration activities.
- Review case data and prepare for rater discussions, ensuring all relevant documents and scale items are available.
- Conduct live interactions with raters to provide feedback and guidance on assessment methodology and scoring.
- Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions according to schedule.
