About the Role We are seeking a CRA II in Psychiatry to monitor clinical trials, both on-site and remotely, ensuring data integrity, patient safety, and protocol compliance. This role is designed to develop into a senior clinical operations position within Worldwide Clinical Trials. What You'll Do
- Perform on-site and remote monitoring visits in accordance with protocol, GCP, ICH guidelines, and company SOPs
- Build strong relationships with investigative sites and serve as a trusted partner
- Review source documents and verify data accuracy
- Identify risks, issues, and trends at sites and proactively drive resolution
- Support site activation, enrollment, maintenance, and closeout activities
- Ensure patient safety, data integrity, and protocol compliance
- Prepare detailed monitoring reports and follow-up letters
