About the Role The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care in the Mental Health Unit at Dayton Children's, applying ANA and Ohio Board of Nursing standards to support the health and well-being of pediatric inpatients. The role emphasizes a patient- and family-centered experience and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. What You'll Do
- Provide professional nursing care per ANA and Ohio Board standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote health and address patient/family needs.
- Perform detailed patient/family assessments and deliver proficient nursing care.
- Promote a patient- and family-centered experience and act as a change agent to meet census and care needs.
- Work part-time (24 hours/week) across two 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) with weekend and holiday rotation. What We're Looking For
