About the Role The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care within the Mental Health Unit at the Mathile Center for Mental Health and Wellness, supporting the hospital mission and ensuring a safe, patient- and family-centered environment. The RN collaborates with an interdisciplinary team and acts as a change agent to meet fluctuating census and care needs. What You'll Do
- Deliver proficient nursing care based on assessment of patient/family needs.
- Promote a positive patient and family experience.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
- Support Mental Health Unit operations and adapt to changing census and needs. What We're Looking For
- Associates degree in nursing; graduation from an accredited program.
- Dedication to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
- Ohio RN license; CPR certification required.
