About the Role The Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) will establish strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals and internal partners to educate about sickle cell disease, available support services, and our disease-state messaging. This field-based role is remote and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support patients and families living with genetic diseases.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with patients, families and care teams to provide in-depth education and resources for Sickle Cell disease.
- Deliver educational programs (in person or virtual).
- Utilize approved messaging when engaging with healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with Hemolytic Anemia Specialists and Patient Support Managers on complex patient issues.
- Partner with advocacy team to identify regional disease-state education initiatives.
