- Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations and personnel in the Molecular department to ensure accuracy and reliability of high-complexity testing.
- Perform high-complexity clinical testing per department procedures as needed and in compliance with state regulations.
- Develop and maintain detailed laboratory procedures manuals; ensure SOPs reflect current processes; update as needed.
