Clinic Supervisor - Eye Clinic - Full Time
GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of day-to-day clinic operations in a medical office practice and monitors the activities of all office operations components to ensure the clinic meets its objectives. The Clinic Supervisor reports directly to the Clinic Manager and advises and seeks consent from the organization’s leadership team to coordinate and manage the activities in the clinic. The Clinic Supervisor is also expected to continue clinical skill development by staffing in the areas of oversight for a mutually determined portion of the FTE. This includes frontline responsibilities for each of the Clinic Supervisor’s areas of oversight.

- Coordinates day-to-day clinic operations and provides support for staffing schedules of providers, nurses, and other team members.
