Hiring: Client Service Representative Location: Abuja, Lagos & Rivers
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service requests
- Support customer onboarding, account opening and KYC validation
- Assist with account upgrades, maintenance and card lifecycle management
- Educate customers on products and digital channels
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting and audits
- Escalate and resolve customer and operational issues
Requirements
- OND–BSc/HND in a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in client services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and technical assistance abilities
- Good recordkeeping and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required
