About the Role Within the Emporio Armani store in Orio Al Serio (OrioCenter), you will join the team as Client Advisor, reflecting the brand philosophy with professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge. What You'll Do
- Deliver an outstanding Client Experience
- Build client loyalty, engaging potential, new or existing clients
- Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs
- Provide an impeccable image of the boutique
- Ensure product maintenance and replenishment on the floor, knowing the warehouse stock of all categories to re-stock shelves and maximize sales What We're Looking For
- One or two years of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry
- Higher education diploma and/or degree
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mastery of clienteling activities Nice to Have
