About the Role
Corgi is hiring a Client Account Specialist to own billing accuracy and the client experience around it — making sure every property manager on our platform gets clear, correct, on-time billing. The role focuses on managing billing data in our Insurance Operating System (IOS) and supporting customers through accurate processes and ongoing improvements.
What You'll Do
- Billing & client support: act as the primary billing contact for property managers.
- Update our Insurance Operating System (IOS) to reflect client requests and changes.
- Accuracy & revenue: keep billing structures in the IOS accurate; spot revenue-flow improvements and work with engineering to ship them.
- Build dashboards that show leadership how billing is performing.
- Process & enablement: Create training videos and tools to improve the client billing experience.
