About the Role Join DTCC's Global Business Operations (GBO) as an IC Associate focusing on Equity Clearance and Settlement Operations. GBO supports The Depository Trust Company (DTC), National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC), FICC – Government Securities Division (GSD) & Mortgage-Backed Securities Division (MBSD), Wealth Management Services (WMS), Insurance & Retirement Services (I&RS), Solutions Operations - Global Market Entity Identifier (GMEI), and Global Service Bureau (GSB). Equity Clearance and Settlement Operations provides operational support for DTC and NSCC, focusing on depository services, trade capture, comparison and netting of broker-to-broker equity, listed corporate and muni bonds, and UIT trading in the U.S., culminating in an end-of-day process that transfers securities ownership and cash between trading parties.
