Claims Manager supports Live Nation's operations. In this role, you’ll have primary responsibility for managing liability claims in North America.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Conducts and/or oversees claim investigations and resolution of general liability, auto liability, and property damage claims, including complex and high-exposure claims. Interviews claimants, witnesses, and internal stakeholders; reviews incident reports, contracts, medical records, police reports, and other documentation to support claim investigations. Coordinates overall claims process including investigation and discovery, litigation management, and direction and settlement authority.
