About the Role
Ryan Specialty is seeking the first person to join a newly formed London team to support technical claims processing across the broking function and help shape how this capability develops.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain Claims daily
- Review, reconcile and process new claims notifications, claim updates and invoices as well as monthly bordereau for various Coverholders and TPAs
- Ensure all claims are attributable to the correct parties and year of account
- Review, reconcile and maintain all reserves and fees accordingly
- Communicate with Coverholders and TPAs to verify and obtain information where necessary
- Claims management and communications to all non-bureau markets
- Claims management, maintenance and processing to Lloyd’s of London and Company Markets, through CLASS or Brokasure via Velonetic/XIS systems
