About the Role Arrive Logistics is seeking a Claims Analyst to own and optimize a portfolio of complex and high-value cargo claims (frequently exceeding $100,000). You will drive end-to-end claim management from filing to resolution, leverage trend analysis to identify risks, and advise leadership on proactive solutions. The role requires strong financial oversight, knowledge of legal and financial instruments, and the ability to lead external communications and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do
- Independently manage a portfolio of complex cargo claims from initial filing to final resolution, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely handling, including negotiating settlements and processing related financial transactions.
- Analyze claims trends to identify recurring issues and significant financial exposure, presenting actionable insights to leadership.
