- Work with and through project teams to successfully complete project deliverables from planning phase through construction administration.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, management, and outside clients.
- Develop work breakdown structures and identify resource requirements.
- Direct the development of project design, permitting, cost estimates, and schedules.
- Perform construction administration services and final certifications.
